UPS Maintenance in Jordan
Most UPS failures we are called to come down to three things: batteries nobody tested, fans and capacitors past their life, and dust. A preventive visit catches all three.
We maintain single-phase and three-phase UPS of all major brands across Jordan, whether or not we supplied them.

What we check on every visit
- Voltage and internal resistance of every battery block, plus terminal torque, temperature and any swelling or leaks
- Rectifier, inverter and bypass readings, DC bus ripple, and a thermal scan of connections and boards
- Fan condition and running hours, and the state of the DC and AC capacitors
- A controlled transfer to battery and to bypass, where the site allows it
- The alarm history, fault codes and firmware version against the manufacturer’s current release
- Dust, airflow and room temperature
You get a written report with the readings, photos and a list of what needs attention in the next 12 months, with prices.

When a UPS goes down
Call or WhatsApp us with the make, model and the alarm on the display. For most faults we can move the load to maintenance bypass safely, diagnose the unit on site and quote the repair before we start any work.
When a UPS is beyond economical repair, or its parts are no longer made, we tell you so and quote a replacement sized to your real load.
We maintain Riello, Legrand UPS, Salicru and Kehua systems, APC and Schneider Electric, Eaton and MGE, and Vertiv, Emerson and Liebert. Older models depend on parts and documentation, which we confirm after the first inspection.

Questions we get asked
How often should a UPS be serviced?
At least once a year, and twice a year for large three-phase systems or hot rooms. Test the batteries at every visit.
Do you maintain UPS systems you did not supply?
Yes. We maintain most major brands. Support for older models depends on parts and documentation, which we confirm after the first inspection.
When do fans and capacitors need replacing?
Manufacturers typically recommend fans at around 5 to 7 years and electrolytic capacitors at around 7 to 10 years, depending on temperature and load. We track this for you.
Is 24/7 response included?
24/7 emergency response comes with the Professional plan. Essential and Standard plans are covered in working hours, Saturday to Thursday.
