UPS Battery Replacement in Jordan
When the runtime drops or the UPS reports a battery fault, we replace the full string with matched blocks and keep your load protected during the swap wherever the UPS allows it. Before we leave, a discharge test on the real load proves the new string gives the runtime you paid for.
How we replace a string
First we match the blocks. From the UPS model, the battery label or a photo, we match voltage, capacity, terminal type, case size and discharge rating so the new blocks fit the tray and connect without changes.
Then we agree a time with you. On most UPS models we keep the load on maintenance bypass or a second string while we work. If the model does not allow that, we do the job in your quietest window.
On site we take the old string out, fit the new one, torque every terminal to specification and check polarity block by block. After a controlled discharge test on the real load, you get a record of the block serial numbers, the readings, the measured runtime and the date of the next test.
Signs it is time
Replace the string when the UPS fails its battery test, when the runtime has dropped noticeably, when blocks look swollen or are leaking, or when the batteries reach the end of their design life. In rooms above 25 °C that happens sooner than the label suggests.
If you are not sure, book an impedance test. It shows the condition of every block without taking the UPS offline, and a battery monitoring system can do the same job continuously.

A small single-phase UPS takes under an hour. A three-phase UPS with several strings usually takes a few hours, including the discharge test.
