We start from your measured load, not a nameplate. Our engineers record real kW and kVA, inrush and power factor, then add headroom for growth and set the runtime you need against the battery autonomy. Every quotation begins with this sizing study, and it is free.
For UPS we carry Riello, Legrand UPS and APC. Generators are Generac and Pramac. Batteries include VRLA, nickel-cadmium and lithium from EnerSys, Saft, CSB and others. We are brand-agnostic in sizing: we recommend the right topology and make for your load and budget, not whatever we hold in stock.
Yes. We maintain UPS systems, generators and battery plant from most major manufacturers, not only what we sold. Maintenance plans include preventive visits, battery impedance and discharge testing, and priority response for contract clients.
Standard single-phase and small three-phase UPS typically ship in two to three weeks. Larger three-phase systems, generators and engineered projects depend on configuration and are confirmed at quotation. Installation and commissioning are scheduled around your site access and downtime windows.
Yes. We supply temporary generators, UPS, load banks and cooling for emergencies, events, migrations and testing. Rental is quoted to the duration and load rather than sold from a fixed price list.
Two full years as standard on every product we sell, covering parts, labour and technical support from the day we commission. The market norm is one year, often parts only. Our two years is standard, not an upgrade.
Yes. Clients on a professional maintenance contract have 24/7 emergency response. For sites that cannot drop the load at all, we design N+1 parallel redundancy so a single failure never reaches the equipment.
